For each confirmed order, the applicable check plan is agreed against the buyer brief. Order-specific checks may cover the agreed material or construction, sizing, finish, quantity, packaging, labels and pre-shipment photos where applicable. No certification, standard, rating or test-report claim applies without evidence for the exact quoted product.
A welding glove, a rigger glove and a coated handling glove do not need the same review. We start with the end use and agree what should be checked, what evidence is available and what must be verified before dispatch.
Record the application, construction, size mix, quantity, packaging, destination and required evidence.
Compare the selected product or master sample against the agreed description before the order is confirmed.
Where applicable, review material, sizing, stitching or coating finish, grip, visual condition and quantity against the agreed brief.
Review polybag, inner box, carton, label, barcode and marking details when included in the order.
Share available inspection notes or photos that are genuine, order-specific and approved for buyer use.

Standards evidence is product-specific, not company-wide — no blanket claim is made. If your order needs a standard (EN 388, EN 407, EN 12477 or similar), state it in the RFQ and ask every supplier — True Port Global included — for product-specific evidence: the test report, issuing lab, date and marking for the exact glove being quoted.
If buyer-appointed inspection is required, include it in the RFQ; feasibility, access, timing and charges must be confirmed before commitment.
