For distributors and brands

A packaging brief that can be reviewed before you commit

Private-label flow

Five steps to a pack-ready quote

  1. 01

    Brand brief

Share the brand name, product, target market, pack style, artwork and required markings.

  2. 02

    Packaging review

Confirm available polybag, inner box, master carton, label and barcode options for the selected product.

  3. 03

    Sample approval

Review product and packaging references before moving forward with a bulk run where available.

  4. 04

    Coordinated production

Align the approved packing brief with the selected partner and order quantity.

  5. 05

    QC and dispatch

Review label, packing, quantity and agreed quality points before shipment handover.

Before artwork approval: provide the target country, any required markings, the estimated quantity and the product reference. Do not assume a private-label pack includes a certification or destination approval unless it has been verified for that product. Our glove RFQ template has a packaging and branding section you can copy into your brief.

Buyer questions

Private label — frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for private-label gloves?

Orders start at 100 units per product. Whether a full private-label pack (printed cartons, header cards, branded polybags) is practical at that quantity depends on the artwork and pack style — some print elements have their own run minimums, which are confirmed against your order before commitment.

What artwork or files do I need to provide?

The brand name, logo files or label artwork, the pack style you want (polybag, header card, inner box, master carton), barcode details if needed, and the destination country. If artwork is not ready, a packing brief in plain words is enough to start the review.

Can certification marks be printed on my private-label packing?

Only markings that are actually evidenced for the specific product being packed. Do not assume a private-label pack includes a certification or destination approval — ask every supplier, True Port Global included, for the product-specific evidence before any mark goes on artwork.

How long does a private-label order take?

It depends on the product, artwork approval and quantity — packaging adds steps that plain-pack orders do not have. Timings quoted before artwork approval are indicative only and are confirmed against the actual order.

Have a brand or carton brief ready?

Attach the artwork or describe the pack. Include product, quantity, sizes, destination and target timing so the available route can be reviewed.
